I am 38 years old and have had seizures almost every day since I was 5 years old. Doctors still haven’t found a medication that completely stops them. Although I wear a seizure helmet most of the time, I still get injured when I fall. Because I can’t live independently, work or drive, I have wonderful parents who I live with, volunteer at a daycare where my mother works, and take rides with my boyfriend in his car.
I wanted to update my room from a childhood to an adult style, but my disability income limits my spending. Mattress by an Angel kindly donated, delivered, and set up my new mattress! What a wonderful charity!
